The terms governing use of the Vending Sport partner portal.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Vending Sport partner portal (the “Portal”) operated by VENDING SPORT d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia (OIB 50998046815, MBS 081269579) with its registered office at Draganići 18, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia(“we”, “us”). The Portal is intended for business (B2B) partners — distributors and resellers. By applying for an account or using the Portal, you agree to these terms on behalf of the company you represent.

2. Accounts and approval

To use the Portal you must apply for an account and provide accurate, complete company and contact information. Every application is reviewed, and access, tier and pricing are granted at our discretion. We may approve, decline, suspend or close an account at any time. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Using the Portal

Once approved, you can view current machine availability and the prices applicable to your account, and submit reservation requests. You agree to use the Portal only for its intended business purpose and in compliance with applicable law.

4. Reservations, pricing and orders

Prices and any discounts shown are those set for your account and may change over time; the price applicable to a reservation is the one shown at the time you submit it. A reservation is a request to purchase and does not create a binding sale until we review and confirm it. Availability is shown in real time but is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed, as stock is limited and allocated on confirmation. We may decline or cancel a reservation — for example if stock is unavailable or details are incorrect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Portal, including by:

• attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems;
• interfering with or disrupting the service;
• scraping or harvesting data by automated means;
• using the Portal to infringe any law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Portal, its content and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Portal for your business dealings with us. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it.

7. Availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep the Portal available and accurate but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and information such as stock levels and estimated delivery dates is indicative.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from use of the Portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Portal, or any account, at any time — including for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Portal at any time and request that your account be closed.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised; continued use of the Portal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
